Oak Creek Canyon (Flagstaff to Sedona)

The most beautiful drive in the area. Wind through a narrow canyon with towering red and white cliffs. Stop at Slide Rock State Park in summer for natural waterslides. Allow 1-2 hours each way with stops.

Bearizona Loop (via Williams)

Head west to Williams on I-40, visit Bearizona Wildlife Park, then grab lunch on Route 66 in the charming town of Williams. A great half-day trip.

Sunset Crater & Wupatki Loop

A stunning loop drive north of Flagstaff through volcanic landscapes and ancient pueblo ruins. The whole loop takes 2-3 hours with stops.

Lake Mary Road

Drive south past Upper and Lower Lake Mary for beautiful forest and lake scenery. Great for a picnic. Mormon Lake Lodge at the end has a rustic steakhouse.
