🔑 Self Check-in with Keypad

Your unique 4-digit door code will be sent before arrival. Just punch in the code and the door unlocks. No keys to worry about!

Arriving at the Cabin

1. Head south on I-17 from Flagstaff, take the Kachina Village / Mountainaire exit
2. Follow Kachina Trail to Kona Trail
3. Look for 2634 Kona Trail — Unit B is the smaller cabin on the right
4. Park in the driveway (pull forward to leave room)
5. Walk up the stone steps to the front door
6. Enter your 4-digit code on the keypad

🚗 Parking

Free driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Pull all the way forward to leave room for the second car.

Check-out

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out: Late checkout may be available upon request

Check-out Checklist

• Turn off all lights and the TV
• Set thermostat to 68°F
• Replace the hot tub cover
• Load dishwasher and start it
• Gather used towels and leave on bathroom floor
• Take trash to outdoor bin
• Lock the door (it locks automatically)

No need to strip the beds

We'll take care of the linens. Just leave used towels on the bathroom floor and we're good!
