A few things to keep in mind for a great stay

We keep the rules simple — it's all about being a great neighbor and taking care of the cabin so everyone can enjoy it.

Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM

Max Guests

Maximum 4 guests — no parties or events

No Smoking

No smoking anywhere on the property, including the deck

No Pets

Sorry, no pets allowed (service animals welcome)

Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM — we have neighbors

Hot Tub Rules

Replace the cover after each use. No glass near the hot tub. Shower before entering.

Lock Up

Please lock the door when you leave — the keypad locks automatically after 30 seconds

Trash

Take trash to the outdoor bin before checkout. Keep bins closed to avoid wildlife.

Thermostat

Use the mini-split for heating/cooling. Please don't set below 65F or above 75F.

No Open Flames

No candles, incense, or outdoor fires. Flagstaff has frequent fire restrictions.
